Include Thematic Days on Tour
In addition to designing thematic tours for groups, we can custom design a program to include thematic days. These days focus around a particular topic and are often run in chronological order, as we believe this makes the visits more meaningful to the students.
Imagine a day in Rome with a focus on the Baroque period. We would design a program around some of the great works of Bernini and Caravaggio. This may include major attractions, as well as smaller churches that house one or two of these great artists’ most important works.
Your day may include visits to Santa Maria della Vitoria, the Museo Borghese, Santa Maria del Popolo, San Luigi dei Francesi, and a stroll through Piazza Navona. This thematic day will bring to life the great works of the Baroque period that you would have taught from the classroom.
