Choose Casterbridge as Your Tour Operator and Earn a Cash Bonus
At Casterbridge we greatly appreciate all of the efforts you put forth in planning a tour and then recruiting your group. As such, we feel it is both appropriate and important that you be rewarded for your efforts. Casterbridge is pleased to offer wonderful incentives for music directors that book their group tour early. To qualify for free travel and a cash bonus, you would simply need to provide an initial deposit of $500 per person by the stated dates, and then make final payment no later than 3 months prior to departure!
March 31st “Diamond” Early Booking Incentives
Book your group by March 31st of the year before your tour with as few as 10 participants, and you will qualify for our Diamond Bonus Package, which includes:
- Our “Voice Your Choice” reward, where you can choose a Pre-Tour Inspection Trip
- A Cash Bonus up to $2,200 (based on group size and group travel experience)
- A Weekend Getaway in the historic Shenandoah Valley of Virginia or an iPad 2 ®
- The possibility of a weekend getaway in Southern England (if your group has 30 or more deposited participants by September 1st)
- A guarantee of 2012 land rates for your 2013 tour
April 30th “Platinum” Early Booking Cash Bonus
Book your group with at least 10 paying participants by April 30th of the year prior to travel and qualify for a cash bonus to be paid to you on or just prior to our departure. The final amount you will qualify for will be determined by the total number of deposits for full-paying participants you have provided to Casterbridge at 120 days before your departure date.
$1,200 cash bonus with a group of 40+
$ 900 cash bonus with a group of 30+
$ 600 cash bonus with a group of 20+
$ 300 cash bonus with a group of 10+
Book at least the minimum (10) and then continue to recruit and add participants to your group!
June 15th “Gold” Early Booking Cash Bonus
Book your group with at least 10 paying participants by June 15th of the year prior to travel and qualify for a cash bonus to be paid to you on or just prior to our departure. The final amount you will qualify for will be determined by the total number of deposits for full-paying participants you have provided to Casterbridge at 120 days before your departure date.
$ 1,000 cash bonus with a group of 40+
$ 750 cash bonus with a group of 30+
$ 500 cash bonus with a group of 20+
$ 250 cash bonus with a group of 10+

August 31st “Silver” Early Booking Cash Bonus
Book your group with at least 10 paying participants by August 31st of the year prior to travel and qualify for a cash bonus to be paid to you on or just prior to our departure. The final amount you will qualify for will be determined by the total number of deposits for full-paying participants you have provided to Casterbridge at 120 days before your departure date.

$ 600 cash bonus with a group of 30+

October 15th “Bronze” Early Booking Cash Bonus
Book your group with at least 10 paying participants by October 15th of the year prior to travel and qualify for a cash bonus to be paid to you on or just prior to our departure. The final amount you will qualify for will be determined by the total number of deposits for full-paying participants you have provided to Casterbridge at 120 days before your departure date.
$ 600 cash bonus with a group of 40+
$ 450 cash bonus with a group of 30+
$ 300 cash bonus with a group of 20+
$ 150 cash bonus with a group of 10+
