Our tours are genuinely fully inclusive. There are no hidden costs, such as registration fees, optional excursions, twin room supplements (unless triples or quads are requested for the core group), weekend flight supplements, or airport surcharges.
When you book a Casterbridge tour, you can rest assured there are no costs or contingencies hidden away until a later date. We guarantee your travel dates at the time of booking. You will not face last minute changes in dates, airports, routings, or destinations.
All your flights will be with recognized major carriers on scheduled flights. You will never be booked onto a charter flight. We will also make every attempt to get you onto a direct, non-stop routing whenever possible.
Once on Tour
Once on tour, we make every effort to ensure you have complete peace of mind.
You are guaranteed your own personal Tour Manager/Guide 24/7 for the duration of the tour. He or she will be on hand day and night to deal with your concerns promptly and efficiently. If you have an emergency or a concern about anything to do with your tour, they will be there to help you.
Personal Service and Specialized Knowledge from Our International Office
Our operations team, head office, and board of directors are in Britain. This gives us unparalleled experience and contacts in Europe, as well as an intimate knowledge of the region’s sights, accommodations, and educational opportunities.
Our experienced North American tour coordinators live in Virginia and Toronto. They are specialists in tour group travel and have extensive travel backgrounds. As a result, our clients benefit from a unique level of expertise and personal attention.
Financial Security and Insurance Protection
It is imperative that you travel with a tour operator that can provide you and your administration with professional protection and peace of mind. We have Major Tour Operator’s General Liability Insurance and can provide a copy of our insurance certificate as requested.
Equally, we have excellent travel insurance coverage options available for all tour participants, as outlined in the relevant areas of our site. Casterbridge offers an excellent package of comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellation, health, and property.

To recognize our exceptional record of excellence, in 2002 Casterbridge received the prestigious Queen’s Award for Enterprise. This is the highest award conferred on a British company. We were the only tour operator in the world to receive this award in 2002, and only the fourth to receive it since 1995.
