Earn Free Trips with Frequent Leader Points

Our group leader incentives, and especially our Frequent Leader Points, are unique in the educational travel market. If you travel with Casterbridge for three consecutive years, we will credit you with one Frequent Leader Point for every full-paying member of your group.

Here is how you can calculate the points you will accumulate.

A Tour that costs Up to US$1999, you will earn 1 point per qualifying member

A Tour that costs $2000-$2999, you will earn 2 points per qualifying member

A Tour that costs $3000-$3999, you will earn 3 points per qualifying member

A Tour that costs $4000 or more, you will earn 4 points per qualifying member

For example, a group of 20 paying US$3,200 will earn their group leader 60 points.

We will record your frequent leader points entitlement, and once you have brought a group on an inclusive tour with Casterbridge for three consecutive years you will be eligible for the following:

150 pts Return flight for one to any capital city we serve.
250 pts Return flight and one week’s tourist class accommodations for one in any capital city we serve.
300 pts Return flight for two to any capital city we serve.
400 pts Return flight and one week’s tourist class accommodations for two in any capital city we serve (twin share).
