We're back from our fantastic trip ! Everything you say in your literature is absolutely true. We ran into a group that was travelling with another Tour Operator. They were not at all happy with their arrangements or guide. I told him to contact your company for future trips. You can use my name as a reference for him or anyone else. Everything that we experienced on the trip met and usually exceeded what we were promised and expected. For example, while we were in Rome we not only saw the Vatican, but also were surprised with an audience with the Pope! That was an experience never to be forgotten regardless of one's religion. As a result, all those on the trip, adults and students alike, were pleased beyond expectation with Casterbridge Tours. That brings us to the next trip. Tom is a rare gem! He bonded with the group, worked incisively to adjust the itinerary to our exact needs, added cultural tidbits (including a Latin reading at Pompeii) and homor. He even took the students swimming at 6:30 a.m.
