This folder covers many of the practical points related to planning a group tour as well as other Casterbridge publications that may be relevant for your particular interest or destinations.

Initial Itinerary and Quick Quote
If you have an itinerary in mind, then within 72 hours we can fax or e-mail you a preliminary Itinerary and Quick Quote. This initial outline will comprise a full detailed itinerary, as well as pricing and listing of all included services and admissions. We are then very willing to liaise with you to refine the proposal, producing an itinerary that is tailored to your own needs.

Promotional Packs
Once you have decided on your dates and any modifications you would like to make, we will send you as many Promotional Packs as you require. This brochure, with a personalised summary of your itinerary, makes an ideal handout or mail-out for your group members, parents or any individuals who might consider joining the tour.

Personal Visits and Presentations
In the course of a year our Tour Coordinators travel enormous distances, visiting our group leaders to discuss the details of trips and to offer slide presentations to group members and/or their parents. You can imagine that nothing can be more reassuring for your group members than to have their questions answered in person by a Casterbridge representative. We would be delighted to visit your agency!
