QUOTATIONS
If you wish to receive a quotation for a tour programme you should contact our UK Sales Office.
Please provide us with the following information:

COSTS
We will prepare a 'Quick Quote' listing the services offered and a costing. This will state the standard of hotel provided but not necessarily confirm specific hotels at this stage.
If a proposed tour requires additional time for research we will provide a guideline price for information only and provide a firm price as soon as possible.
We will quote in sterling based on the prevailing exchange rate level with the dollar and/or the local currency applicable. If the dollar or other currency falls significantly in value before the final payment has been made, Casterbridge Tours will absorb the first 2% of any currency fluctuation and then re-invoice the group, if necessary, for the exchange rate differential.
No price increases will be made under any circumstances once your final payment has been acknowledged.
HOW TO BOOK
Once a quotation is accepted, we require a deposit representing 20% per person in order to confirm flight and hotel reservations and pay deposits to other suppliers. Each person should complete an Information Form, which gives us full details of any health issues or special requirements.
A Group Booking Form with full booking conditions will have been forwarded with the quotation and the Group Leader should complete and forward this form to our Sales Office, together with the deposit.
When the deposit and booking form have been received, we will forward the Group Leader an invoice with details of the balance outstanding and payment schedule. Final payment is 60 days before departure.
YOUR FINANCIAL SECURITY
The air holidays and flights in our Outbound tours are ATOL protected, since we hold an Air Travel Organiser's Licence granted by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is ATOL 5151. In the unlikely event of our insolvency, the CAA will ensure that you are not stranded abroad and will arrange to refund any money you have paid to us for an advance booking.
