FREE PLACES

You, the Group Leader, will always travel free on a Casterbridge Tour. We recognise that in return for your organisational and administrative help and support, we and our suppliers will reward you by offering free travel.

We also offer a flexible free place ratio, which can be as low as 1 free place for every 6 or 8 participants. On a ratio of 1 free place for 10, with just 20 passengers, a group leader and spouse can travel together for free. By utilising the same hotel room, there are savings which again do not have to be additional costs borne by group members. We can also offer a range of courtesy discounts to family members.

PERSONAL VISITS AND PRESENTATIONS

In the course of a year our Co-ordinators will visit clients throughout the UK to discuss their trip details and to offer slide presentations to potential group members. You can imagine that nothing can be more reassuring for your group members than to have their questions answered in person by a Casterbridge representative.
