Catalonia has a very marked culture of its own, most evidently of Mediterranean
tradition. Flanked by the Pyrenees Mountains and bathed by the Mediterranean Sea,
it is one of the most cosmopolitan places in Spain. The coast offers ideal facilities for
all sorts of sports and activities, and everywhere you will see the special talent Catalonia
has to combine the beauty of nature or monuments with modern attractions.

DAY 1 Fly from London to Barcelona. You will be met by a representative and taken by coach to your hotel in coastal Calafell.

DAY 2 Free to enjoy some time on the beach. Later you will be taken to the nearby city of Tarragona and can eat a packed lunch (optional) at the ancient ruins of the Roman Amphitheatre. This afternoon you will then be driven to Montserrat, the sacred mountain near Barcelona and will travel upon the cable car to visit the monastery, with its incredible views.
Tonight you will play your first match.

DAY 3
Today your coach will meet you at the hotel to take you down the coast to the Universal Studios Port Aventura Theme Park. The many attractions include the amazing Dragon Khan roller coaster and the 100 metre freefall drop of the Hurakan Condor.

DAY 4 Today you will be given a guided tour of FC Barcelona's world famous Nou Camp Football Stadium. First stop in central Barcelona is one of the biggest aquariums in Europe. After lunch you will go on a one-hour Boat Trip around the port. When the tour is over, it will be time to explore the world-famous Las Ramblas street. Later, there will be a choice to visit the Picasso Museum or the Maritime Museum, with its amazing reconstructions of Barcelona's nautical past.
Tonight you will play your second match.

DAY 5 In the morning, you will have time to relax on the beach before yet another busy day. The first stop, is Gaudi's Parc Güell, one of the most surreal parks you will have ever seen. After that, Gaudi's most famous work, the unfinished Sagrada Familia, You will then be taken to Montjuic mountain, where there will be an excellent photo opportunity at the castle that overlooks the whole city. Close by, you will have the chance to see the Olympic Stadium used for the 1992 Games, and visit the Olympic Gallery.
This evening you will play your third match.

DAY 6 Today can be spent relaxing by the pool or on the nearby beach, swimming in the warm Mediterranean waters.
The venue of this evening's last match will be near Calafell.

DAY 7 In the morning, you will have time to relax on the beach before your coach will take you to the
airport for your flight back home.
