HOW TO BOOK

• We require a 10% deposit per person in order to pay the airline to guarantee the flight reservations and fare.

• A further 10% deposit is due 60 days later in order to confirm hotel reservations and pay deposits to suppliers.

• Some groups may prefer to make one initial payment of 20%.

• At the time of second deposit each person should complete and hand in to the Group Leader a Personal Registration Form.

• Final payment is due 90 days before departure.

Cheques should be made out to the School which will process and forward one cheque made payable to Casterbridge Tours.
