DAY 1 FLY TO RIO DE JANEIRO
Fly from the UK to Rio De Janeiro. On arrival at Rio de Janeiro international airport we will be met by a private coach and guide, then transferred to the hotel.
Evening free.

DAY 2 RIO DE JANEIRO
After the breakfast you will be pick up by our guide for city tour (full day) (Christ the Redeemer / Sugar Loaf)

DAY 3 RIO DE JANEIRO – CUIABA – PANTANAL
Transfer to the airport. Flight to Cuiabá. Reception. Transfer to Pocone. Lunch.
Urutu Trail starting 4PM about 2km trekking among wood islands, where is likely to see monkeys, agoutis and several bird species. Spotlighting by car likely seeing Caimans, Capybaras, Jabirus in nest, Black-crowned night-herons and Pauraque nightjars. Better in dark nights, when it's possible to see foxes, racoons, deers and more.

DAY 4 PANTANAL
Horseback Ride 10km along fields and savannahs, reaching a bay with stop for lunch and wildlife observatio

DAY 5 PANTANAL
Araras Trail, 2km trek over board bridge into floodable woods in Araras Lodge (KM32), until Howler Tower, for landscape vision and possible meeting with black howler-monkeys and other mammals besides reptiles and several birds. Transfer to Hotel Fazenda Santa Tereza (KM65 + 2km acess) stopping along the road for wildlife photos. Check-in.

DAY 6 PANTANAL
River Trail starting early to see more wildlife activity, 3km into gallery forest inside a Pixaim river's oxbow curve.

DAY 7 PANTANAL – CUIABA – CHAPADA DOS GUIMARAES
Piranha Fishing is a good fun even for someone who never fished before. Using meat as bait and bamboo canes, may be by canoe or at the river bank. Check-out Cuiabá from where 61km asphalt road to Chapada dos Guimarães, with high sandstone walls and curious geologic formations view along the road. Check-in at hotel.

DAY 8 CHAPADA DOS GUIMARAES
Trekking along 6km trail in the National Park through cerrado vegetation and gallery woods to visit a series of waterfalls with stops for swimming: Pulo, Degrau, Prainha, Andorinhas, Independência, Véu de Noiva (86m).

DAY 9 CHAPADA DOS GUIMARAES – CUIABA – MANAUS
Transfer to airport. Flight to (Brasilia) Manaus. Transfer to Hotel Mango Guest House. Free night (Optional Manaus by Night with Dinner 55,00 USD per pax. Min 4 pax)

DAY 10 MANAUS – RIO SOLIMOES / AMAZONAS
Pick-up 08-08:15 at the hotel, transfer to the port, departure by boat on the Amazonas River. Visiting the conjunction of the Rio Negro and the Rio Solimoes, the famous meeting of the waters. Lunch. Visiting Igarapé, small rivers, vitória régia-plants, and travelling upstream to the River Rio Negro by boat. Dinner. Evening observing wildlife, caimans. Sleeping overnight on board, in hammocks.

DAY 11 RIO SOLIMOES / AMAZONAS
in the morning a jungle trek of about 3-hours, observing flora and fauna, for example thousands of medical plants. Before lunch possibility to relax at one of the river beaches.
After lunch visit of an indigenous community at the riverside, getting to know their culture and lifestyle. End of the afternoon a motor boat trip to the small rivers to observe birds, dolphins etc... – and caiman spotting at night before dinner. Sleeping overnight in hammock.

DAY 12 RIO SOLIMOES / AMAZONAS
Boat tour for lakes close by. Evening observing wildlife, caimans. Sleeping overnight on board, in hammocks.

DAY 13 RIO SOLIMOES / AMAZONAS – MANAUS – RIO DE JANEIRO
Breakfast. Stop on the way back at one of the river beaches. Return to Manaus about 12:00, or, if necessary, earlier, depending on your flight. Transfer to the airport.

DAY 14 ARRIVE BACK IN THE UK
Arrive back in the UK from your overnight flight.
