Our promise to each Group Leader and to every tour group

1. We will custom design each and every tour itinerary to fully meet each Group Leader’s specific requirements.

2. You will travel as an independent group and will never be combined with other groups.

3. We strive at all times to demonstrate the highest standards of honesty, integrity, personal service and attention to detail in both the planning and operation of every tour that we organise.

4. We will always offer non-stop flights if available, or book the best flight routing possible within your budget on the dates you select. We always use the scheduled services of international airlines.

5. Our goal is to provide the maximum educational and cultural travel experience out of each day on tour and to provide outstanding value for every pound spent.

6. We will provide your group with a Tour Manager/Guide who is available exclusively for your group throughout your tour (unless otherwise requested for budgetary reasons).

7. Our itineraries and daily schedules are carefully planned to travel less and see more as a result. This means a fully-inclusive package incorporating all excursions and admission costs.

8. All our travel programmes aim to provide an authentic cultural experience in all of our destinations.

9. We will provide the academic content required by the Group Leader, and on tour our local experts and guides aim to make learning easy and enjoyable.

10. Our aim is that each and every participant on a Casterbridge tour will return home having experienced a rewarding, educational and cultural experience with their life forever enriched as a result.
