DAY
1 LONDON / PHNOM PENH
Meet with your guide at airport and transfer to hotel.
In the late afternoon we will visit the Wat Phnom,
Silver Pagoda, Royal Palace, National Museum and the
central market. After a long day we will return to
the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
DAY
2 PHNOM PENH
Today we will spend the full day visiting the main
sites in Phnom Penh including the Genocide Museum
of Toul Sleng, the Killing Fields of Choeung Ek, the
Russian market and finally a beautiful mini-cruise
on Mekong at sunset.
DAY
3 PHNOM PENH / KOMPONG CHAM
After breakfast, we depart to Kompong Cham by bus
and then transfer to hotel. Visit of Phnom Pros, Phnom
Srei and the rubber plantations. In the late afternoon
and evening we get the chance to take in the nightlife
of Kompong Cham and explore the town.
DAY
4 KOMPONG CHAM / SIEM REAP
After breakfast, we depart to Kompong Thom with visit
en route of Wat Nokor. Lunch will be spent at Kompong
Thom. Finally we make one last visit to Sambor Prei
Kuk in Kompong Cham before we then drive to Siem Reap.
Arrival in Siem Reap will be in the late afternoon,
transfer to hotel for dinner and stay overnight.
DAY
5 ANGKOR
This morning we will meet the guide at the hotel.
Today the guide will take around Bayon, Terrace of
Elephants and Leper King, Tep Pranam, Prah Palilay,
Phimeanakas, Baphuon.
In the afternoon after lunch we will then visit the
Kleangs, Victory Gate, Thommanon, Chau Say Thevoda
and view the fantastic sunset over Angkor Wat.
DAY
6 ANGKOR
Today we spend the entire day at Angkor Wat, monument
the most famous and vast of the complex in Vietnam,
and is seen as one of the great Asian monuments.
DAY
7 SIEM REAP / PHNOM PENH
This morning we will take an excursion to the Tonle
Sap Lake; we shall also be visiting by boat to the
floating fishing villages. In the afternoon we will
visit the silk farm of Puok, a village at Siem Reap,
and then the Old market.
DAY
8 PHNOM PENH
Early in the morning, we shall transfer to the port
for the boat to Phnom Penh.
At Phnom Penh transfer to hotel. In the evening there
will be some free time to discover the town on your
own and do some last minute shopping.
DAY
9 PHNOM PENH TO UK
After breakfast transfer to the airport for your flight
back to the UK.
