Flights

Casterbridge has both the buying power and expertise to provide the best flight routings at the best rates. We use scheduled airlines and normally have a block of seats in place for your group before you book with us.

Comfortable Coaches and Professional Drivers

Our modern touring coaches are spacious with well-upholstered, comfortable seats with wide windows to give our clients the best views of the passing landscapes, and a professional driver behind the wheel. For smaller groups and on safari tours we will use maxi-vans, minibuses or 4x4 vehicles.

Hotels

A country’s culture is often best represented by its own unique accommodation: nature reserves in Africa, log cabins camouflaged in the Australian rainforest, caravanserais in Asia. Wherever and whenever possible, we aim to capture the essence of a country’s charm and character by using accommodations that typify these traditions.

We are able to provide whatever standard of accommodation is required as Casterbridge Tours has excellent contacts and buying power with hotels worldwide. We are always happy to make recommendations for each group according to its itinerary and budget.

Restaurants

Dining out and sampling local specialties should be one of the cultural highlights of any tour and we like to offer our clients a fine taste of the local cuisine. The restaurants that we select will serve authentic and traditional meals representing each country’s typical menu.

Evening Entertainment

We can incorporate visits to all the major scenic, cultural, historic and general sightseeing attractions as well as offering ‘Behind-the-Scenes’ tours, Theatre, Concert, Ballet and Opera visits. Traditional Shows and National Evenings can also be included in any of our Tour Programmes.

Excursions & Admissions

We generally include up front not only comprehensive daily excursions, but also all expensive admission charges. When you compare the all-inclusive nature of our tours to those of other Tour Operators, you will discover that their low lead-in price begins to add up and up. In most cases the Casterbridge Tour is less expensive when you consider the ‘hidden extras’ of our competitors.
