24 HOUR PRESENCE... The role of a Casterbridge Tourguide is very different from that of the regular Tour Escort or Manager/Courier, not least because our Tourguides are available to your group 24 hours a day. From airport arrival until departure, your Casterbridge Tourguide is with you at all times, no matter how small your group. This will guarantee that your guide's undivided efforts will be to ensure that your tour is an unqualified success.

Our Tourguides stay overnight at the hotel with your group instead of vanishing at 5pm, so they are always there to back up and support your group leaders in organising and supervising spare time and evening activities. This does ease the burden on your group leader compared with other companies who leave the group leaders alone in charge of their groups once back at the hotel.
