believe that our Group Leaders should be rewarded for the hard
work that they undertake throughout the process of forming a group
and for selecting Casterbridge as their travel partner. Casterbridge
is therefore pleased to offer the following incentives which
can be paid directly to the Group Leader or used to offset the tour
price for all participants. |

FREE
TRAVEL INSURANCE FOR GROUP LEADERS & FREE PLACE CHAPERONES
Every teacher or Free Place chaperone that accompanies a group on a Casterbridge
tour is provided gratis with US$1.5 million+ of personal liability coverage
and comprehensive travel insurance.
EXCURSION
& ADMISSION FEES FREE
All excursions and admissions are included for your group and there are
no 'optional' excursions. As such, all these items are included for all
group leaders and chaperones.
COURTESY
DISCOUNTS
In order to allow family members to travel with a Chaperone, we can offer
a maximum of 3 courtesy discounts. The first chaperone's spouse
or dependent (one per chaperone), who travels as a group member, will
be eligible for a 20% courtesy discount. The second chaperone's
spouse or dependent (one per chaperone), who travels as a group member,
will be eligible for a 15% courtesy discount. The third chaperone's
spouse or dependent (one per chaperone), who travels as a group member,
will be eligible for a 10% courtesy discount.
(Discounted Participants do not count towards the final group size)
FACULTY
DISCOUNTS
Additional faculty members (a Maximum of 3 Total) who are not travelling
on a free place can also qualify for a 15% faculty discount, if they wish
to join the tour.

STIPEND
PAYMENTS
Our standard free place ratio is one free for every six paying participants,
but we are able to offer cash stipends for each unutilised free place
as follows:
For
a Tour Costing $1,500 - $1,999, a $750 Stipend could be taken, rather
than a free place
For a Tour Costing $2,000 - $2,999, a $1,000 Stipend could be taken, rather
than a free place
For a Tour Costing $3,000 - $3,499, a $1,250 Stipend could be taken, rather
than a free place
For a Tour Costing $3,500 - $5,000, a $1,500 Stipend could be taken, rather
than a free place

ur incentive scheme is unique in the educational travel market.
If you travel to Europe with Casterbridge for 3 consecutive
years, we will credit you with one Frequent Leader point for
every full paying member of your group. You will receive 1 point
per qualifying member if your tour cost is US$1999 or less,
2 points per group member for tours between US$2000 and US$2999
and 3 points per group member for tours over US$3000. For example,
a group of 12 paying US $2200 will earn the Group Leader 24
points. We will record your entitlement, and once you have brought
a group on an inclusive tour with Casterbridge for 3 consecutive
years you will be eligible for the following:
