courtyard surrounded by important galleries. Housed within the complex
is the Old Master's Gallery, with an important collection
of European painting, and the Rustkammer, with armory
and arms from the 16th century. |

(Kolner Dom) is the most famous Gothic structure in Germany and features
wonderful stained-glass windows, massive Gothic oak Stalls, and a

of the Three Kings, a huge Romanesque reliquary said to hold relics
of the Three Kings, and the Altar of the Magi, the work of
Stephan Lochner. |

in Europe. Begun as a small court collection by the royal Wittelsbach

the 18th century are represented including important works by Botticelli,
Raphael, Titian, Durer, Holbein, Rembrandt, Rubens, Bruegel, and
