medical travel insurance
Personal and medical
travel insurance is automatically included in all
our tour prices unless you request that this be removed.
We believe that our travel insurance is one of the
most comprehensive policies available to music groups
in the UK but we do understand that many groups have
their travel insurance provision already in place
and for this reason, we are happy to remove the cost
of travel insurance from our quotation for your tour
if you prefer. Please note that it is a requirement
of our bookign conditions that all group members have
adequate travel insurance provision before departing
on your Casterbridge Concert Tour.
Free places
We
pride ourselves on our ability to be flexible with
all our tour arrangements so that you can tailor your
tour to suit the requirements of your group. We always
try to provide you with lots of ideas for your concerts
and excursions whilst on tour. However, if there is
a venue or excursion you are particularly keen to
include on your tour, please do not hesitate to ask
us to explore this for you. Equally if there is a
particular tour element you think would be unnecessary
for your group, we would be happy to remove this from
your tour price providing that it would not compromise
the quality of your tour We aim to provide you with
the most competitive tour price possible but if you
receive a better price for a tour to the same resort
of the same quality, please do not hesitate to ask
us to review our proposal in case we may be able to
revise the tour price for you. Sometimes, it is possible
to negotiate with our suppliers to bring the price
down further for you, particularly for groups booking
early or for a tour out of peak season. 
You
can enjoy complete peace of mind (as well as meeting
the new requirements of Local Education Authorities
